關於「共享創意」 About Creative Commons
「國際共享創意」是一個非牟利組織,於2001年在美國成立,香港是第五十名成員。
「共享創意 Creative Commons」是一項新型知識產權的國際制度。創作者可根據自己需要,選擇對他們的作品「保留部份版權」,而非「保留全部版權」。「共享創意」香港版權條款已在2008年正式生效,鼓勵港人尊重及合法地分享創意。違反「共享創意」條例者,可被控告侵權。
Creative Commons International originally started as a US-based, nonprofit organization in 2001. Hong Kong is the 50th jurisdiction worldwide to adopt the Creative Commons licenses.
Creative Commons (CC) is a new international system of intellectual property rights management through which creators can choose to change their copyright terms from “all rights reserved” to “some rights reserved”.
In 2008, Creative Commons Hong Kong (CCHK) brings the Creative Commons license to Hong Kong by porting them into compliance with Hong Kong’s Copyright Ordinance. It encourages Hong Kong people to respect and share their creative works legally. Violations to the CC license may subject to prosecution for infringement.

新高中學制開始,通識科教材較缺乏,「香港共享創意」回應香港教育課程改革,特意於2009年9月9日啟動「創意通」通識計劃,以資源共用的方法向學界及社會人士貢獻文字及視聽教學資源,方便老師們放心用來創建通識教材,作教育及非牟利用途。「創意通」首期材料,包括《香港電台》、《亞洲週刊》、《讀者文摘》所授權以「共享創意」條款合法版權分享的內容。《香港電台》貢獻約五十項反映香江情懷的聲音、視像及圖片資料;還有《亞洲週刊》貢獻的中國歷史文章結集;及《讀者文摘》(中文版)的十篇優美文章等。
Using Creative Commons (CC), an innovative framework for the legal sharing and development of copyrighted information, the Journalism and Media Studies Centre invites members of our creative and information industries to support this novel approach to developing open educational resources for our teachers and students, especially in the area of Liberal Studies.
