The Bethune House Migrant Women's Refuge

Bethune House Migrant Women’s Refuge provides emergency shelter, food and other forms of assistance to migrant women domestic workers to cope with crisis situation and achieve empowerment. The project “Sustaining the Body, Strengthening the Mind” responds to the physical, emotional, mental and social needs to enable them to access justice.

Everbright Concern Action

Everbright Concern Action was established in 2002 with the focus of doing community outreach programs, benefiting underprivileged groups in Hong Kong. We opened up our first charity restaurant in 2013, hiring senior citizens with financial/emotional needs. We currently have one charity restaurant in Yau Ma Tei called Viet Street.

No. of beneficiaries: 4 senior citizen staff for the first year of operations, and eventually expanding to 8 senior citizen staff by the end of year 3

樂天關懷行動於2002年成立,以社區外展計劃為主,惠澤本地弱勢社群。2013 年,他們開辦了首間以聘用有心理及經濟需要的長者為主的社企餐廳,實踐「長者就業,豐盛耆年」 的願景。目前,他們有另一間位於油麻地的越南餐廳,同樣以推動長者就業為本。
