港人近年到外國打工遊學愈見踴躍，亦愈來愈多學校舉辦遊學團，鼓勵學生放眼世界。《遊學全世界》為聽眾提供各類遊學資訊，更特別製作新環節「領事系列」，以「必到、必學、必做、必體驗」為綱要，邀請全港總領事分享其國家的遊學資訊。港台邀得政務司司長林鄭月娥擔任主禮嘉賓，更有逾30個國家的駐港總領事出席啟動禮，慶祝節目的新環節啟播。

新環節「領事系列」中，各國總領事將介紹其國家「必到的遊歷景點」、「了解其民族文化必學的事」、「打工遊學時必做的事」和「必體驗的重要節日」。

Working holiday and joining overseas study tour have become the latest trend in Hong Kong. “Learning Adventure” introduces different kinds of learning experiences in different places for interested listeners. The programme’s new segment “Consuls General Series” kicks-off with Chief Secretary Carrie LAM as officiating guest. Over 30 Consuls General in Hong Kong were also invited to the flight-themed ceremony.

In “Consuls General Series”, all interviewed Consuls General will share their personal "FOUR MUSTS" in their countries. They are: one thing foreigners MUST LEARN from their culture, one place tourists MUST VISIT, one thing one MUST DO when living or working there and one special festival or event that one MUST EXPERIENCE in their countries.
