Note : For procurement exercises to be invited from 1 June 2025 onwards, the Government will fully adopt electronic means in making payments to suppliers and will no longer provide the option of physical cheques. In addition to bank transfer, suppliers may also receive government payments via the Faster Payment System (FPS) by providing “HKID” or “FPS identifier” to procuring departments. Procurement exercises invited before 1 June 2025 will not be affected by this new measure.

Radio Television Hong Kong (“RTHK”) maintains a Notification Lists of various goods and services for quotation notification. Suppliers included in the RTHK Notification Lists will normally receive quotation notification from RTHK, as and when opportunities arise, for the types of goods and/or services for which they have been included. Any firm not currently included but wishing to be considered for inclusion in these lists may download and return a completed “Application Form for Inclusion in the RTHK Notification Lists” together with a copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate to the address below for processing.

Application for inclusion in the RTHK Notification Lists (“the Lists”) is free of charge. For enquiries relating to the application and general quotation matters, please contact the following officers:

Applications received will be processed by RTHK. Those firms with supporting documents verified and accepted by RTHK will be included in the Lists of relevant categories. The continued inclusions in the Lists will depend on their demonstrated ability to proactively respond to RTHK’s invitations to quotations, and on their performance in connection with any orders / contracts being awarded. RTHK reserves the right to review the status of a firm in the Lists in the light of any new information that may affect such status and remove a firm from the RTHK Notification Lists at any time without prior notice and without compensation.
